Junior Project / Product Manager (Technical Team) — Remote (Europe)

We’re hiring a Junior Project / Product Manager at Just Slots to help coordinate and support the teams building our games, internal tools, and platform systems.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting between:

  • product

  • engineering

  • QA

  • game development

  • and leadership

You’ll help keep projects moving, improve workflows, and support the delivery of real production games and systems.

This is also a great entry point into game production and product leadership for someone ambitious, organised, and technically curious.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams

  • Help manage:

    • timelines

    • sprints

    • deliverables

    • production priorities

  • Support communication between:

    • developers

    • QA

    • product

    • executives

    • stakeholders

  • Track project progress and communicate status updates clearly

  • Help improve workflows, processes, and team organisation

  • Assist with:

    • release coordination

    • production planning

    • delivery management

  • Gradually take ownership of:

    • writing specifications

    • creating tickets

    • defining requirements

  • Support the broader game and product delivery lifecycle

  • Occasionally assist with organisational and operational support for leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • High level of product thinking and ownership mindset

  • Technical understanding of:

    • software development

    • game development workflows

    • production pipelines

  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams

  • Ability to balance:

    • leadership direction

    • prioritisation

    • execution

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once

  • Experience with tools like:

    • GitLab

    • Slack

    • project tracking systems

  • Understanding of:

    • slot/game production lifecycle

    • release management

    • delivery coordination

  • Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus

  • Proactive, hard-working, and delivery-focused mindset

  • Clear communicator in English

This is a junior-level role with strong growth potential for someone who wants to develop into a future product or production leader within game development.
