Game Creator (End-to-End)

We’re hiring a Game Creator at Just Slots to design and build complete video slot games, from the first idea to the finished product.

You’ll use our in-house game creation tools to handle the math, visuals, sound and mechanics yourself. You won’t need a traditional development team.

You don’t need to be a programmer, mathematician, designer or sound engineer. You need to understand slots and know what makes them fun.

What You’ll Do

• Take your own game ideas from concept to completion

• Design gameplay using the features and mechanics in our framework

• Set up the game math with our tools:

  • RTP

  • volatility

  • hit frequency

  • bonus features

• Create the visuals:

  • themes

  • symbols

  • backgrounds

  • animations

• Produce and add music and sound effects

• Own the whole process: creation, testing, iteration and completion

• Use player feedback and game performance data to make better games

• Share feedback and ideas that shape our game creation platform

What We’re Looking For

• Broad understanding of video slots:

  • mechanics

  • features

  • themes

  • player experience

• A strong sense of what makes a slot entertaining, engaging and distinctive

• Real passion for slot games, and ideas you want to bring to life

• Creative and resourceful, especially when working within a set toolset

• Comfortable learning new tools and adapting as they change

• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and delivery-focused mindset

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your results

• Motivated to build games that players enjoy and that perform well commercially

You don’t need any game development experience. What matters most is slot knowledge, creativity and the drive to finish what you start.
